Quote-Based Sales

TORQMONT is a business-to-business supplier. We do not list public prices — pricing is provided via quote and is subject to confirmation based on quantity, customization, destination and current material costs.

Samples

Pre-production samples are recommended before bulk orders. Sample terms are confirmed per inquiry.

Orders & Payment

Order terms — including MOQ, lead time, payment terms and delivery — are confirmed in writing on a per-order basis. A written confirmation constitutes the agreement between the parties.

Intellectual Property

All website content and the TORQMONT brand are our property. Custom products developed for buyers remain subject to the terms agreed in writing.

Liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
